This ancient practice has been around for thousands of years and involves the insertion of tiny needles into points along energetic pathways of the body in order to stimulate the flow of qi and blood, bringing the body into a balanced state.  I use a very gentle technique that helps support the body’s natural healing process.  

Cupping

Essentially a reverse massage, glass cups are used as a suction to relieve stagnation and allow for oxygen rich blood to flow to the area.  Cupping is used for most types of pain, inflammation, and also help with relieving congestion in the lungs from a common cold.  It is a great technique for improving circulation, stimulating the lymphatic system, and eliminating toxins. 

Herbal Medicine

Herbal formulas along with acupuncture work together to enhance your treatment and make for faster healing. Unique blends of herbs are chosen based on the individual’s symptoms

New Patient Appointment - 90 min $130 (Pediatric - $110)

Initial in-person consultation and treatment. In-depth assessment of medical health history, lifestyle, diet, along with personalized treatment plan. Treatment includes acupuncture and may also include cupping, gua sha, tuina, or moxibustion based on the acupuncturist’s assessment. Herbal formulas may be prescribed (cost of herbs not included).

New Patient Virtual Appt - 60 min $80

In-depth assessment of medical health history, diet, and lifestyle along with a personalized treatment plan. Treatment includes herbal, supplement, diet, and lifestyle recommendations (cost of herbs not included).

Follow-Up Appointment - 60 min $80 (Pediatric - $70)

Brief intake to assess current symptoms. Treatment includes acupuncture and may also include cupping, gua sha, tuina, or moxibustion based on the acupuncturist’s assessment. Herbal formulas may be prescribed (cost of herbs not included).

Follow-Up Virtual Appt - 30 min $55

Brief intake along with continuation of treatment plan.

Herbal Medicine Consult - 45 min $60

In depth assessment of medical health history, diet, and lifestyle to determine herbal, supplement, diet and lifestyle recommendations along with a treatment plan (cost of herbs and supplements not included).
